At the table
The pleasure of
being together.
An apéritif, a long lunch or a dinner that stretches into the evening. There is more than one way to make room for Althéa.
Begin with the food and the kind of occasion you have in mind. Our five expressions offer different starting points — fresh and citrus-led, floral and aromatic, sparkling or still, white or red.

From the first glass to the last plate
A few ideas for your table.
01 / THE APÉRITIF
Begin with something bright.
Set out canapés or lightly prepared seafood and pour Blanc de Blancs. For a more floral opening with fruit and soft cheese, explore Sparkling Moscat.
02 / THE LUNCH
Fresh food, fresh perspective.
A green salad, white fish and plenty of fresh herbs make an inviting setting for Sauvignon Blanc. Its citrus-led character gives lighter dishes a natural place to begin.
03 / THE DINNER
Stay a little longer.
For roasted duck, mushrooms or grilled vegetables, try Cabernet Sauvignon. Its red-fruit notes offer a different conversation with deeper, savoury flavours.
04 / THE AFTERNOON
A gentler pace.
Fresh fruit, goat’s cheese and delicate pastries are a starting point for still Moscat. Think of an unhurried afternoon, with small plates and time to enjoy them.
05 / THE CELEBRATION
A glass for the occasion.
Choose Blanc de Blancs for a citrus-led toast or Sparkling Moscat for a floral, fruit-led expression. Give every guest the same thoughtful welcome, whether they choose bubbles, a still drink or something else entirely.
A host’s approach
Consider the glass.
Leave room for discovery.
Choose a glass that lets you enjoy the aromas. Pour a little, taste alongside the food and notice how the pairing changes from one bite to the next.
Start with the drink’s leading character: citrus with lighter dishes, florals with fruit and gentle spice, red fruit with savoury preparations. These are starting points, not rules.
